recepe says to serve with egg noodles, with potatoes in it i dont think it needs it, but the cooking liquid is really good on rice.

Recipe Ingredients for balsamic chicken with vegetables

1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, bone in
1 c onions, thinly sliced
1 c chicken stock
2 c red potatoes, quartered
1 c carrots, quratered
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1 T minced garlic
1 t thyme, dried
1/4 t sage, dried

Recipe Directions for balsamic chicken with vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat an oven proof dutch oven with no-stick spray; set over med-high heat. When hot add chicken thighs, onions, and 1/4 c chicken stock. Cook 3 min; turn and cook 3 min longer. Add potatoes, carrots, vinegar, garlic, thyme, sage, and remaining chicken broth.

  2. Bake 40 min, or til chicken is no longer pink in center and the vegetables are cooked thru.
