South Beach Diet Balsamic Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Chicken

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Chicken

Rinse chicken and pat dry, combine the dry ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Please chicken in a large bowl, drizzle with oil and rub on spices. Preheat oven to 450F. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over. If drippings begin to stick to the pan stir in 3-4 teaspoons water. Bake until a thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers to 160F.
