Recipe Ingredients for Balsamic Chicken

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/8 c. balsamic vinager
2 tsp minced garlic
1/6 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 c. chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Balsamic Chicken

  1. in med bowl, mix flour and pepper

  2. in large skillet, heat oil over med-low heat

  3. add garlic, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar and spices

  4. (thyme and a bay leaf or two)

  5. coat chicken in flour/pepper mix

  6. place chicken in heated skillet and cook thoroughly.

  7. Serve with quinoa, rice or over green salad.
