1/2 cup apricot jam
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  1. Pat ham (or pork loin or tenderloin or chicken) dry.

  2. Combine all ingredients except meat in bowl. Brush over meat.

  3. Bake/roast meat until thoroughly cooked.
