Recipe Ingredients for Balsalmic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

36 oz Fresh Tenderloin
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
3 cloves, raw Garlic
0.13 tsp Red Pepper
2 serving Cooking Wine
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
0.5 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for Balsalmic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook in 450 oven until 150 degrees internally,. Pull out and cover. Pork will cook up to 160 degrees. Set aside. Put minced garlic and crushed red pepper in sauce pan. Add sherry and saute for 30 seconds then bring to boil. Reduce heat, add soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Return to boil for 30 seconds. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Keep warm. Slice tenderloin and drizzle glaze on top.
