3 tbsp molasses, black strap
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice, fresh

Recipe Directions for Balsalmic Glaze

Heat in heavy sauce pan on med high heat until thickens. Coat of veggies tossed w/evoo and roast veggies at 400 degrees.
