0.17 cup Vinegar balsamic
0.17 cup Pure Maple Syrup
3 tsp Ginger Root

  1. mix together. Let london broil marinate 4 hours, turn over once during this time. Broil 7 minutes each side.

  2. Goes great as chicken and squash marinade also.
