3 serving Eden Organic Black Soy Beans, No Salt Added
2 serving Fleischmann's Olive Oil spread with Sea Salt
1 cup Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce

Recipe Directions for Balck bean Tomato Risotto

  1. Boil Texas Best Organic Brown Rice according to directions. After all the water has been absorbed add another cup of water and bring it back to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed. Drain.

  2. Heat beans and drain them. Add to the rice and also add the Prego sauce the margarine and the Bragg Amino Acids.Stir and serve
