Healthy balanced pancake with Banana!

Recipe Ingredients for Balanced Pancakes!

30 grams Oats
15 grams Whole Wheat Flour
2 large Egg, White
1 extra small (less than 6" long) Bananas
10 grams Brown Rice Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.33 spray Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Balanced Pancakes!

Mash Banana and mix with egg whites in one bowl. Mix flour and oats and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Next combine the two bowls and add chia seeds. Makes one giant or two regular sized.. cook on non stick. Serve with a small drizzle of rice bran syrup.
