Recipe Ingredients for balanced granola

1/4 cup flax seed (ground)
1/4 cup sesame seed (crushed)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 banana (medium)
4 cups oats
1 cup sliced almond
1 cup coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for balanced granola

combine wet ingredients, blend and warm in microwave. combine dry ingredients. add et ingredients. bake on 325 stirring every 5 mintues.
