10 raspberries
8 grams almonds
8 grams hazelnuts
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
2 prunes

Recipe Directions for Balanced Breakfast

  1. Mix all the items roughly in a bowl or to make it look lovely layer it in a tall glass.

  2. Add more fruit or substitute the raspberries for alternative fruit that is freshly in season.

  3. Eat and enjoy the filling healthy mix.
