since filo dough wasn't in the inventory, let it be know that you need a 1/2 pound. so that makes them about 85 calories each.

Recipe Ingredients for Baklava

1/2 lb pistachio nuts
3 tbs Sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbs Rose water
1/2 c butter

Recipe Directions for Baklava

  1. grind pistachios very fine

  2. mix pistachio, sugar, cinnamon and rose water in small bowl

  3. lay down 3 filo dough sheets on a lightly greased baking sheet

  4. butter sheets

  5. add nut mix, add another 3 sheets, butter

  6. cook at400 degrees f for 25 min.

  7. cut into diamond shapes
