Recipe Ingredients for Bakla, zeytinyagli

200 g Beans
1 small onion
1 tbsp dill
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp flour
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Bakla, zeytinyagli

  1. Sautee the onion in olive oil, add fresh broad beans. Stir. Cook for about 10 minutes covered, stir at times.

  2. Add the flour.

  3. Simmer about 1 hour covered. Don't lift the lid.

  4. Add dill and serve lukewarm.
