Recipe Ingredients for Baking Powder Biscuits

2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Baking Powder Biscuits

Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in butter to pea size chunks. Add milk and quickly stir in until moist. kneed with hand for a few squeezes until all flour incorporated. roll out, fold, and roll again. cut into pieces, bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes ~ 12 small sized biscuits.
