Recipe Ingredients for Baker's Spaghetti

1 1/2 cups Walnuts
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 ounces Fine dry bread crumbs
1 Salt
1 pound Spaghetti
1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley, Chopped

Recipe Directions for Baker's Spaghetti

  1. Chop the nuts and garlic finely with a knife.

  2. In a skillet over low heat, warm half of the olive oil. Add the nuts, garlic, and bread crumbs and fry until garlic is just golden, about 5 minutes.

  3. Season to taste with salt.

  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 7 minutes.

  5. Drain and tip into a warm serving bowl.

  6. Add the remaining 1/4 cup olive oil and the nut sauce to the spaghetti and toss well.

  7. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.

  8. This recipe serves 6-8
