Quick dish using leftover grilled chicken, fresh basil and roasted red peppers. Serving size is about 2 cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Baker - Pasta with chicken, basil and peppers

6 oz dry whole wheat pasta
12 oz grilled chicken breasts
12 oz roasted red peppers
6 oz cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped basil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Serrano peppers

Recipe Directions for Baker - Pasta with chicken, basil and peppers

  1. Put past on to boil.

  2. Chop all ingredients

  3. Add all to a sauce pan .

  4. Simmer covered on medium high for about 7 - 10 minutes until hot.

  5. Drain pasta and toss with chicken mixture
