Recipe Ingredients for Baker - Beef vegetable barley soup

64 oz No salt added beef broth
32 oz water
2 lbs sirloin beef
14 1/2 oz low sodium corn
14 1/2 oz low sodium green beans
2 medium onions
6 cloves garlic
1 cup pearl barley
4 oz mushrooms
28 oz tomatoes
8 oz carrots (about 3)
20 oz potatoes (3 medium)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp Marjoram

Recipe Directions for Baker - Beef vegetable barley soup

  1. Add broth and water to large pot. Add sirloin and simmer for 20 minutes. Add barley and cook another 10 minutes

  2. Chop the rest of the ingredients and add to pot. Simmer until the barley is tender
