Recipe Ingredients for Baker - Apricot Chicken

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
11 oz sugarless apricot preserves
1 med onion
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 oz dried Apricots

Recipe Directions for Baker - Apricot Chicken

  1. In a 4qt cooker, add chicken parts to the pot. Combine the other ingrediants in a bowl and pour evenly over the chicken.

  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
