Recipe Ingredients for Baked Zucchini Sticks

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Seasoned Salt Free Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Baked Zucchini Sticks

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Wash Zucchini and cut into strips of your desired size. ( I usually make them about 4in long and about 1/4 in thick)

  3. Beat one egg

  4. Pour breadcrumb into bowl

  5. Dip Zucchini sticks into egg, than toss in bread crumb

  6. Place on a non stick tray and drizzle with olive oil

  7. Bake for 20 -25 minutes, turning halfway through.
