An Italian style hoagie sandwich filled with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Zucchini Hoagie

1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
6 roll Hotdog

Recipe Directions for Baked Zucchini Hoagie

Saute chopped zucchini in skillet with butter til browned. Add in one cup marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper and warm on stove top. Fill hoagie rolls with mixture and top generously with cheese. Roll each sandwich in foil and place in oven (preheated at 350 degrees) for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is warmed. Serve immediately.
