Recipe Ingredients for baked ziti

12 oz penne pasta
4 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz tomato sauce
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 T olive oil
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for baked ziti

  1. boil pasta

  2. saute onion

  3. add tomato, salt, pepper to onion and cook

  4. drain pasta

  5. mix pasta with sauce, ricotta and some mozzarella

  6. pour into baking dish

  7. sprinkle w/ mozzarella

  8. bake 30 min @ 400
