Baked ziti using Barilla Omega rich penne, prego sauce w/ muchrooms and fat free ricotta serving is 8.66 ounces, 12 per casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Ziti

14 1/2 ounces penne pasta
1 egg
2 cups ricotta cheese, fat free
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
67 ounces Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup cooked spinach

Recipe Directions for Baked Ziti

  1. cream egg and cheeses w/ spinach

  2. mix into cooked penne

  3. fold well into prego spaghetti sauce

  4. bake 30-40 minutes at 350

  5. let set 10 minutes before serving
