Recipe Ingredients for Baked Ziti

13 1/4 oz Whole wheat pasta
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 cup black olives
1 cup corn
1 tablespoon garlic
1 lb ground beef
16 oz mozzarella
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Baked Ziti

  1. brown ground beef, add chopped onion and pepper

  2. add marinara sauce and simmer

  3. boil noodles, Use Ronzoni Health Harvest to save calories

  4. cut mozzarella in small cubes, Save 2 oz and mix the remaining cubes with noddles

  5. Add cottage cheese

  6. mix with marinara sauce

  7. top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese

  8. Bake 20 minute in 350 oven
