Home made w/turkey meatballs, chicken sausage, low fat cheeses and low fat vodka sauce. One piece 2 1/2 inches x 4 inches

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Ziti

1 cup macaroni
6 oz turkey meatballs
2 tbs ricotta cheese, part skim
4 tbs mozzarella cheese, part skim
1/8 cup vodka sauce
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Ziti

  1. Boil pasta

  2. slice pre-cooked sausage and turkey meatballs

  3. place meatballs on bottom of pan

  4. mix all other ingredients together

  5. pour into pan

  6. top w/ a bit of remaining mozarella

  7. Bake 350 for 35 minutes
