1/4 cup quick oats
2 tblsp quick oats
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 tbsp water
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Baked Yogurt Oatmeal Pancake

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or baking mat, forming a circle. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the pancake and bake another 5 minutes
