this a lighter version of the usual won tons I make.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Wonton

20 wonton wrappers
1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup corn
1 cup of chopped carrot

Recipe Directions for Baked Wonton

  1. Brown lean ground turkey in skillet

  2. remove from skillet and remove any fat drippings.

  3. toss in finely chopped carrots, a finely shredded cabbage and corn. Stir fry until veggies are softer. Then add back in turkey and add in soy sauce. Stir fry a few more minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. put in 1 tbsp in each won ton wrapper. Fold and seal (I use a drop of water to pinch it close. Place on baking sheet. Spray tops with nonfat cooking spray and bake at 425 degree for 5 minutes or until a little crispy. Turn over and do the same.
