Works well using Great Lakes Whitefish filets.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Whitefish

1 pound tilapia
2 teaspoons oil
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 cup panko
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Whitefish

Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Rinse filets and pat dry. Rub filets with oil, and dip each side in bread crumb mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (uncovered) and check for doneness. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
