Sliced veggies baked on whole grain bread with baby spinach and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for baked veggie sub

3 oz whole grain bread
1/2 slice muenster cheese
1 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms
0.38 oz red bell pepper
1/5 oz asparagus
0.38 oz onion
1/2 oz baby spinach
1/2 oz tomato
1 teaspoon italian dressing
1 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for baked veggie sub

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Slice/dice all veggies

  3. Saute mushrooms, onion, peppers, and asparagus

  4. Place bread (drizzled with italian dressing), cheese, and olives open-faced on baking sheet with sauted veggies on top

  5. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes

  6. Take out of oven and add tomatoes and spinach leaves

  7. Serve
