Baked spaghetti with grated veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Veggie Spaghetti

7 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, cubes Eggplant
3 oz Spaghetti
24 oz Super Chunky Mushroom Chunky Gardenstyle
4 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
4 oz Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Veggie Spaghetti

  1. Brown Beef and drain.

  2. Grate zucchini & eggplant and drain. add to ground beef and brown.

  3. Season to taste with garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  4. add spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese

  5. cook and drain spaghetti. add to meat mixture, stir to combine.

  6. pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. bake at 350' until cheese melted. approx 20 min.
