Easy holiday alternative to pork ham

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Turkey Ham

4 lb turkey ham
12 oz pineapples (sliced can)
1/4 c honey
1/4 c light brown sugar
1 t ground cloves

Recipe Directions for Baked Turkey Ham

  1. Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 cup juice.

  2. Combine reserved juice pineapple with honey, brown sugar.

  3. Place ham in baking pan. Score. Sprinkle with clove.

  4. Brush ham with pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar mixture.

  5. Arrange pineapple slices over the top of ham. Secure pineapple slices with toothpicks.

  6. Cover with aluminum foil.

  7. Bake at 350 degress for 45-60 minutes. Baste on occasion with pineapple juice mixture.
