1 tbsp butter
16 oz rigatoni pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
7 oz tuna
1 cup cheese, ricotta
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
4 1/2 oz sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Baked Tuna & Ricotta Rigatoni

Lightly grease a large ovenprook dish with the butter. Bring a large plan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and olive oil, bring back to a boil, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until just tender but still firm to the bite.
