Recipe Ingredients for baked tomatoes with parmesan, parsley and garlic

10 medium tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1 cup parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for baked tomatoes with parmesan, parsley and garlic

  1. Cut tomatoes in half. Remove seeds and sprinkle with salt. Place upside down in colander - 20 min.

  2. Oven - 350.

  3. Mix garlic and parsley together in a bowl. Add bread crumbs and parmesan. Work oil in little by little. Season wtih SP.

  4. Using a tsp push filling mixture into tomato halves. Press down with fingers.

  5. Place filled tomatoes in dish and bake 35 min.
