Baked Tofu with soy-ginger marinade

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tofu

1 package Extra Firm
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Peanut Oil, Unrefined
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice

Recipe Directions for Baked Tofu

Combine all ingredients and black pepper and mix well. Cut tofu block into slices and press WELL for 30 minutes (with cast iron skillet or something heavy) between kitchen towels. Put tofu slices in a baking dish with marinade for 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
