Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tofu

16 ounce extra firm tofu
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 dash hot sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Tofu

  1. oven to 375 degrees F and grease baking sheet

  2. Slice tofu into 1/2-inch x 1/2 inch cubes, remove excess moisture

  3. mix the other ingredients and then with tofu cubes

  4. . marinate 5+ minutes

  5. bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Turn tofu, and bake until the tofu turns golden brown (15minutes)
