340 grams Organic Tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic tone's
1/2 tsp onion tone's
1 dash rosemary
1/2 serving fat free balsamic vinagrette

Recipe Directions for baked tofu

  1. marinate in olive oil, balsamic v, garlic onion and rosemary for an hour

  2. then bake at 400F for 30 min

  3. flip over in 20 min.
