Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia

20 ounces Tilapia fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika and ground pepper. Lay fillets in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle oil mixture over the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes.

  3. Serve with whole grain couscous or rice.
