Tilapia with cheesy sauce - well liked by most

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia

1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup red pepper
3 T butter
3 T flour
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp basil
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup mozzarella
3/4 lbs Tilapia

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia

  1. in a medium skillet, saute celery, onions and sweet red pepper in butter until tender.

  2. Mix flour and milk together and add to skillet along with all other ingred (minus cheese and fish). Cook 1 minute stirring constantly until thickened

  3. Add cheese and stir until melted - do not boil

  4. Place fish in 9x11 baking dish

  5. spoon sauce lightly over fish but mostly on outside near edges of dish

  6. Bake at 425 of 10 minutes
