Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa & Vegetables

8 oz tilapia fillets, raw
1 cup zucchini, cubed
1 medium sweet pepper, or 1/3 each red, yellow, orange
1/2 cup Newman's Own Mango Salsa

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa & Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Place fillets over vegetables in casserole.

  3. Pour Salsa over the fish.

  4. Bake, covered, for 20 - 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
