Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia with lemon & spinach

20 oz. tilapia
6 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia with lemon & spinach

  1. Put half of spinach in 9 x 12 baking dish.

  2. put tilapia fillets on top of spinach.

  3. sprinkle with garlic salt - pepper.

  4. put remaning spinach on top of fish.

  5. bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
