Baked Tilapia Fillets with Breadcrumbs

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia Fillets

1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 tbs. parsley, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. vegetable oil
2 lbs. tilapia fillets

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia Fillets

Preheat oven to 500F. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Spread 1 Tbs. oil in bottom of a baking dish. Arrange fillets in baking dish. Brush fish with remaining oil. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over fillets. Bake 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
