Recipe Ingredients for Baked Tilapia Filets

1 1/2 pound tilapia filets
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
5 oz tomatoes, halved and washed
1 cup low fat sour cream
8 basil leaves
4 oz parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia Filets

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Season fish with Salt and Pepper

  3. Use half the butter to grease baking dish

  4. Lay filets in 1 layer

  5. Dot tomato halves over fish.

  6. Spoon sour cream over

  7. Scatter basil over

  8. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top

  9. Sprinkle with pepper

  10. Dot with remaining butter

  11. bake for 15 min
