1/2 cup Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
11.7 oz Tilapia
0.5 tsp Celery Seed
0.125 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
10 crackers Crackers Whole Wheat

Recipe Directions for Baked Tilapia With Crumb Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine the Cottage Cheese and dry herbs and spices

  3. Place the Tilapia on a foiled lined or glass cooking dish (deep glass cooking dish will take longer to cook)

  4. Cover with cottage cheese mixture

  5. Crumble Crackers over the top

  6. Cook on top rack for 17-23 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
