A way to eat sweet potatoes without brown sugar!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Sweet Potatoes

3 large Sweetpotato
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Sweet Potatoes

Coat the bottom of a glass or non-stick baking dish with olive oil, just enough to coat. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into about 1" cubes. Place in baking dish and toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
