I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and then changed a few ingredients because I didn't have them.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey

47 3/5 oz sweet potatoes, cubed (2 large cans)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss together the sweet potatoes, honey, ginger, olive oil, allspice, and pepper. Transfer to a 13x9 inch pan.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Stir the potatoes to expose the pieces from the bottom of the pan. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized on the outside.
