Baked Sweet Potato Recipe

A great dish, very popular in Okinawa. Very tastey!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked sweet potato

2 lbs sweet potato
1 1/2 cup Plain Soy Milk
3 tbs tomato paste
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Baked sweet potato

  1. Peel and cup potatos 1/2 inch slices

  2. Milk together in a bowl, tomato paste, soymilk, Garlic powder, oregano and pepper if you'd like.

  3. Put potatos in a 1 quart dish and pour mixture over the potatos evenly.

  4. Bake for 40 (Or until tender) in a preheated 375 degree oven.

  5. Enjoy.
