73.93 grams Unsweetened Applesauce
3 raw sweet potatoes

Recipe Directions for Baked Sweet Potato Chunks

  1. Cut up 8 cups of raw sweet potatoes and mix them with 3 tablespoons of EVOO and 5 tablespoons of applesauce.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for around 45 minutes on a cookie sheet (only one layer deep; don't pile the chunks on top of each other on the sheet, make sure they're flat).
