Recipe Ingredients for Baked Supreme Ziti

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
24 oz Garlic
12 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
40 oz Penne
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Supreme Ziti

  1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned stirring to separate meat. Pou off fat.

  2. Stir in pasta sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and macaroni. Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
