1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes

  3. Sautee eggplant and chopped onion with garlic

  4. combone sausage, eggplant mix, can of tomatoes, cubed mozz.

  5. Fill eggplant shell.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
