My favorite chicken recipe, super easy and yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Stuffed Chicken

1 chicken breast
1/4 cup of plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup of chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Stuffed Chicken

  1. Sautee onions, garlic and mushrooms with butter

  2. Add bread crumbs, salt & pepper

  3. Add water if necessary

  4. Slice chicken in half and mallot flat

  5. Place stuffing in center of flat chicken and enclose, wrapping the chicken around

  6. Roll over so seams are on bottom

  7. Bake at 375' for 30-45 minutes
