Recipe Ingredients for Baked Steak Sauce for Spaghetti

564 grams Ketchup
1 medium raw Onion Red
2300 grams Beef, Round, Top Round
125 grams Distilled White Vinegar
1 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
125 grams Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
125 grams Becel Light Margarine
1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
210 grams Mushrooms
1/2 fruit Pineapple

Recipe Directions for Baked Steak Sauce for Spaghetti

  1. In a bowl mix

  2. 4 Cups: Ketchup(Reduced sugar if watching calories and carbs)

  3. 2 Cups: Ketchup

  4. 1.5 Cups: Water

  5. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

  6. 1/2 Cup: White Vinegar

  7. 1Cup: Lemon Juice

  8. 1/2 Cup: Worcestershire Sauce

  9. In a frypan, fry 1 Full onion and 2 cups of fresh mushrooms with 1/2 cup of margarine(maybe more?) then add this to the bowl mixed above and stir it in.

  10. Brown about 12 small steaks(70 oz/2kg) in a fry pan.

  11. Add browned steaks to your bowl of sauce and allow to marinade for 2-3 hours.

  12. Put everything in a roaster and cook at 350-400 F (175-200C) for about 2.5 hours....not sure on the time. I would check it periodically. 2.5-3 hours. It's ready when the meat flakes apart and the sides have some sauce sort of burnt to them a bit and the sauce thickens to consistency a little less than ketchup

  13. Add half a pineapple 30 minutes before finished.

  14. Serve with spaghetti
